I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main JR station and close to multiple subway entrances. It made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel facilities were great, especially the eco-conscious practices and the secure code access to the spa. The breakfast offered a delicious selection and the option to eat outside with a nice view was a bonus. The staff were really good, they were super nice and could speak English, making communication easy and enjoyable.
Was all great.

Nothing, all great.

The staff were friendly and were very good too assist me. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to Akihabara Station. And let's not forget about the onsen - it was a relaxing treat after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.

Great amenities including a public bath and a laundry room. The free drinks at night with a view of the river were a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
The bedding was a bit uncomfortable, as the mattresses were thin. The room size was also on the smaller side, but it seems to be the norm in that area.

The hotel's location near the main JR station makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. With only a short walk, you can easily access Akihabara's vibrant shopping district and immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere. the smooth check-in and check-out procedures, enhanced by the use of technology, ensure a hassle-free experience. The comfortable beds, thorough staff explanations, and free drink offerings are just a few examples of the impeccable service provided.
One minor downside is the difficulty of finding the hotel on the first day, especially for those unfamiliar with the city.
